
Bob is responsible for clients' service experience, and for ensuring that their needs and expectations are met. He oversees EPIC's Participant Service Center and the client services team of service managers, relationship managers and client service specialists.
Bob has more than 20 years of experience in the retirement, investment and banking fields, with an emphasis on small business and individual retirement financial planning. Since joining EPIC, he has also worked in sales and as the manager of direct market, overseeing service delivery to the employee-plan-sponsor plans.
Bob is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst, and a recent graduate of the Center for Fiduciary Studies. He is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), and holds the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant and the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designations. Bob earned a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) degree from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Management Science degree from Nazareth College of Rochester, New York.
