Manny Marques is Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships at EPIC Advisors, Inc. In this role, Manny provides management oversight to the strategic partnership consultants and the sales team. His focus, with the client, is on high-level strategy and business forecasting, tactical planning, long-term growth and profitability, and new product introductions. Manny also identifies new business sales and product opportunities in alignment with our corporate goals.

Manny has extensive experience in 401(k) plan conversions, administration, plan design, and compliance testing. Before joining EPIC in 2004, he was employed by Paychex, Inc., initially in the Retirement Services Division as a relationship manager, then in the HRS Platinum Group, where he managed the relationships of Paychex's highest revenue clients.

Manny earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in education and foreign languages from Felix Varela College, and a graduate degree in English Literature from the Central University of Las Villas, both in Cuba. He holds several professional designations from the American Society of Pension professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), including Certified Pension Consultant and Qualified Plan Financial Consultant.
