Director of Consulting and Risk Management
Jean Dailey joined EPIC in 1996 and today provides management oversight and consulting services to the on-boarding of new clients. She also acts as EPIC's in-house ERISA consultant with oversight of EPIC sponsored plan documents, plan design consulting services, and technical ERISA training of staff. As Risk Manager, Jean is responsible for analyzing EPIC's policies, procedures and practices to minimize and eliminate unacceptable risks. Jean has over 25 years experience in the pension and employee benefits field, including plan allocations and recordkeeping, supervision of plan audits, retirement plan consulting and design, plan implementation and plan terminations. Prior to EPIC, Jean spent time in Chase Bank's trust tax department and subsequently managed the balance forward account business for a Rochester-based CPA firm. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
