Bob Judd
Robert F. Judd
President

Robert (Bob) Judd is responsible for strategic development and overall management of EPIC. He has over 21 years experience in the financial services industry. Prior to becoming President of EPIC in 2005, Bob was responsible for developing EPIC's strategic relationships with financial services institutions throughout the United States. He previously held executive, product development and plan management positions in the trust & investment industry and has owned and operated multiple businesses. Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York. He is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, granted by the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.

Jim Genthner
James M. Genthner
Executive Vice President

James (Jim) Genthner is a graduate of McQuaid Jesuit High and St. John Fisher College and, as a fellowship attendee, he received his M.A. degree in International Studies from Claremont Graduate School. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the pension and employee benefits field and was the founder of EPIC Advisors, Inc. in 1993. Jim currently provides direction to EPIC's operating units, including technical plan services, systems and operations, and client services. Jim was previously the head of trust operations and manager of the pension trust department at Central Trust Company. He is a past president of the Rochester Chapter of the American Institute of Banking and serves as a director for numerous corporate and charitable organizations. Jim is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries.

Neil Steffen

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Manager

Neil Steffen serves as the Chief Information Manager responsible for the coordination of EPIC's data security and risk management controls and has oversight of all systems and information processing technology, including recordkeeping, web and platform applications. Neil holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York at Geneseo and has over 20 years experience in bank and retirement plan administration. Neil joined EPIC from Chase Bank. His diverse experience spans the areas of trust operations, trade processing and settlement, plan recordkeeping and client services. Neil is a past President and Treasurer serving on the Board of Directors of the Wayne County Theatre Association.
